Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all states and territories in the U.S.

How much is it?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by a product's weight and destination. However, over $95 get FREE shipping.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for your item(s) to be made and shipped. Some items will arrive sooner than others, some as soon as within a few days. Our average shipping time is around 2 to 3 weeks. Your tracking information will be automatically sent to you as soon as your package ships.

Why does my order take so long?

Bliss Brand exclusively offers custom made-to-order products. This means that we don't have any stock or inventory sitting in a warehouse. Each item requires a different treatment so the length of production time may range from 3 to 10 business days from the time the order was placed. Due to the nature of the printing processes, there may be delays.

ORDERS & BILLING

Can I make changes to my order before shipment?

If you wish to make a correction on your order, please email us at info@bliss-brand.com within 24 hours from the time you submitted your order. We normally send your order information immediately to our production facility, but if you contact us within 24 hours, we will still be able to make your requested changes.

What payment types are acceptable?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. In addition, we accept PayPal and Apple Pay, both of which also accept all major credit cards.
